Our Principal Lawyer
Our principal lawyer, Sam Ozturk, has a broad ranging commercial practice including in the areas of commercial law and litigation and disputes. Sam takes a hands on approach with his clients and takes pride in being their trusted advisor. He regularly acts for clients in both transactional matters and litigious disputes. Sam takes a methodical and pragmatic approach to cases and utilizes his skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, Sam is always ready to fight for his clients’ rights and to prosecute their case with patience, determination and passion. Sam has helped many clients, including individuals and businesses, navigate their way through the legal system in difficult, complex and stressful cases. Prior to legal practice, Sam worked as a political advisor.
